MerseySTEM Teacher & STEM Ambassador Networking Event
Before the madness of the festive season begins in full, we’d just like to give you a heads-up on our next Teacher/STEM Ambassador Networking event. This session will also have input from the Merseyside Network for Collaborative Outreach.
The event is planned for 4th February, 2016, 4-6pm at the Victoria Gallery & Museum, Liverpool University and refreshments will be provided.
You can book a place by visiting our booking site but, as spaces are limited, please can we respectfully ask that you don’t book a place until you are certain that you can attend.
The event, kindly hosted by the University of Liverpool, aims to provide a networking opportunity for teachers & for STEM Ambassadors from the University of Liverpool, other HE/FE institutions & local employers. It will provide the chance for STEM Ambassadors to find out what support teachers would value, & for teachers to discover what STEM Ambassadors might be able to offer, in terms of curriculum, extra-curricular and careers support.
The event will also showcase the role of the Merseyside Network for Collaborative Outreach and provide information about how you might develop partnerships with them to support your school’s engagement with HE & FE institutions in the region.
