Royal Society of Biology: Regional Grant Scheme
The Royal Society of Biology will be opening a new Regional Grant Scheme in February 2017, which aims to help people get involved with Biology Week.
Taking place on 7 – 15 October 2017, Biology Week showcases the important and amazing work of the biosciences, getting everyone from children to professional biologists involved in a variety of hands-on activities.
From quizzes to science festivals, there are plenty of ways to get involved at your school, college or university.
If you have an idea for an event and are looking for some additional funds to help make it a success, you can apply for a grant of up to £500 towards the cost.
Applications for the grant scheme will be opening next month and will close in April 2017.
