Royal Society of Biology: Biology Challenge, Intermediate Olympiad & Biology Resources
The Royal Society of Biology has so many fantastic opportunities. Take a look and act now, deadlines are coming up!
Biology Challenge
Teachers can now register all of their 13 – 15 year old students to take part in the 2017 Biology Challenge competition (6th – 24th March). High scorings pupils will receive certificates and top winners will be invited to an awards ceremony in London. Participating students also receive free BioNet membership, the deadline to register is 27th February 2017.
Intermediate Biology Olympiad
This year’s Intermediate Biology Olympiad will take place on 26th and 27th June. Teachers can register their students for the competition from March 2017. Find out more…
Biology Careers Lesson Resources
The Royal Society of Biology has developed new resources for teachers to use in lessons to highlight future career options and opportunities available to their students who intend on studying bioscience subjects beyond school. The resources include lesson plans, presentations and activities, as well as reference guides to careers support which students can use independently.
