Careers Advice for Parents – Creating Better Futures
People typically spend longer planning a holiday than they do choosing a 50 year working life and with the way the world of work is changing, advice that worked in the past won’t help to create new careers.
If, like over half of all parents and carers, you struggle in knowing how to advise your teenager for the best, Careers Advice for Parents have the answer with their ‘INSPiRED Teenager’ career coaching programme created by Carolyn Parry, the UK Career Coach of the Year 2017.
Delivered live by trained careers specialists and free to attend, the programme consists of two workshops aimed at parents/carers and their 14-18 year old teens.
The sessions are taking place thanks to generous support from Unilever at their Port Sunlight Advanced Manufacturing Centre on October 10th and October 17th between 4pm & 7pm. Light refreshments will be included.
Please ensure that you download the Media Consent form and bring it with you to the first session on 10th October.
N.B You and your teen will need to agree to attending both sessions.
