Fantastic news! Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine will be returning to The Big Bang North West!
“Are you interested in learning about tropical medicine, mosquitoes and gruesome parasites? Are you interested to know why the very first institute in the world, dedicated to studying tropical medicine, is based in Liverpool?
If the answer is yes – come along to our stand to talk to scientists from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine to learn how we are controlling mosquitoes and the spread of deadly parasitic diseases in the tropics!!”
Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) has been engaged in the fight against infectious, debilitating, and disabling diseases since 1898 and continues that tradition today. LSTM’s mission is to save lives in resource poor countries through research, education and through the delivery of effective interventions which improve human health.
