STEM Learning: Grand Challenge Places for Careers Teachers & Leaders
STEM Learning have a number of additional Grand Challenge placement opportunities available for 2020!
The placements are funded by UK Research and Innovation and give careers leaders/teachers the opportunity to see research and development in practice and learn what future technologies will offer in terms of careers and job roles from the very people who are developing those future technologies right now.
Every participant is supported by bespoke CPD and £1000 bursary (subject to completion of the action plan) and will emerge as a Grand Challenge Careers Champion with the skills and confidence to articulate to young people the importance of STEM skills to future careers.
There may also be up to £500 travel funding available for out of area participants.
