CyberFirst Trailblazers Virtual Course

This free online course is open to any student starting Year 8 in the 2020/21 academic year. This is the first in a series of CyberFirst courses which start students on the exciting path to considering which GCSEs they will take and how computer science can play a key role in their career prospects.

Each course will run over two half-day morning structured sessions – places are limited so don’t delay and sign up fast.

Inspired and led by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), a part of GCHQ, CyberFirst is a programme of opportunities helping young people explore their passion for computing and technology and introducing them to the fascinating world of cyber security. Each student course is designed to seek out young people with potential, offering the support, skills, experience and exposure they need to be the future first line of defence in our CyberFirst world.

The online training course comprises of 2 ½ day sessions running from 10am – 1pm each day and is scheduled in February half term on the following days:

8-9 February 2021
11-12 February 2021
15-16 February 2021
18-19 February 2021
