Happy 10th Birthday to Be One Percent!
Be One Percent is celebrating 10 years of life-changing aid and you can help!
“Our mission is to end extreme poverty through one simple idea: people give 1% of their income to help the world’s poorest communities. Be One Percent Businesses fund our running costs so 100% of donations can go to projects on the ground.
Over the last 10 years, we have funded over 121 life-changing projects and raised £800,296. We have provided 127,547 life-saving treatments for children and at-risk adults for tropical and neglected diseases. We have helped feed thousands of hungry school children every day and have protected 66,372 people from malaria. As well as providing clean water for communities, electricity for remote villages, microloans for small businesses, sight-saving and life-saving malaria treatments and more.” – Be One Percent
