STEM Ambassador Request: Support Cheshire & Warrington Pledge EXPOs
Can you star in a 3-minute career video & take part in a Q & A for Warrington & Cheshire Pledge? If so, they would love your help!
The Warrington & Cheshire Pledge EXPOs are a series of 7 locally-focused careers information events that will run for schools in each of the Pledge areas (Ellesmere Port & Chester, Warrington, Northwich & Winsford, Mid-Cheshire East (encompassing Middlewich down to Alsager), Crewe, and Macclesfield).
These events are made up of 3-minute videos from employers talking about their role and businesses to inform and inspire Yr10 pupils who are looking to build a pathway for their future. The videos are recorded by a professional company, and usually take no more than 10 minutes to create. The employer then provides a representative to answer questions via a live chat function during the event.
This request is for Cheshire & Warrington employers/STEM ambassadors.
Full support is offered for all participants.
All of the EXPOs will take place in the evening, from 6pm until 7:30pm (except the SEND EXPO):
Crewe and Nantwich – Tue 21st September
Northwich and Winsford – Thur 23rd September
Mid Cheshire East (Alsager, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Middlewich, Sandbach) – Tue 28th September
SEND Friendly EXPO (& for disadvantaged students) – Wed 29th September – 9.30am – 11am
Warrington (with Warrington Council) – Thur 30th September
Ellesmere Port and Chester – Tue 5th October
Macclesfield – Thur 7 October
