The All About STEM Christmas Selection Box!
You are cordially invited to the All About STEM Christmas Selection Box!
We believe that selection boxes are the unsung heroes of Christmas – a little bit of everything all nicely arranged in a single, neat package. So what better way to describe our carefully crafted Christmas confabulation?!
Join us for a 45-minute virtual session where members of the All About STEM team will take you on a whistle-stop tour of all things support, activities, projects, advice, guidance and funding to help you give the gift of knowledge and opportunity to learners across all year groups AND you can participate in some festive fun by joining us for Quizmas to win Amazon vouchers!
Here is a little snippet of the topics covered:
- STEM Ambassadors and how to make the most of bringing external visitors into school
- ASK Apprenticeships and how this ESFA funded programme can help support hitting Gatsby benchmarks and engage learners about post-16 options
- Nuffield Research Project and how your Year 12’s can apply for a place on this prestigious, national programme
- The All About STEM Competition and how learners of all ages can get involved and even achieve a British Science Association CREST certificate!
The AAS Christmas Selection Box will be presented on Tuesday 7th December at 4:15pm via Zoom and will be finished just in time to hit the rush hour traffic. Personally, I can’t think of a better way to spend the festive season than by catching up on some CPD but I guess you could also watch it at another time too…
