Green Careers Week 2024: NEW Resources!
Green Careers Week will take place from the 4th to the 9th of November and new resources for 2024 have just been released!
Green Careers Week is supported by fantastic partners including The Department of Education, The Careers & Enterprise Company, STEM Learning, UK Space Agency, and the National Careers Service.
“A green career can be any job, role or occupation that contributes to preserving or restoring the environment and our planet. It can be any industry, not just those seen as ‘green.’ Green careers are a fast-growing global employment sector that touches every company, employer, employee, and education establishment. Requiring everyone to work together to build a talent pipeline from school through to employment for the thousands and thousands of jobs and roles needed for the future.”
Visit the GCW2024 website to download pledge cards, planning sheets and certificates and access the brand-new Green Careers Hub. The Hub is packed with careers resources, videos and information relating to student’s current and future skills, knowledge and experience.
