CREST Primary Projects: Step-by-Step Videos

The British Science Association has updated its series of step-by-step videos to include even more CREST Awards!

Eight new Star Awards videos have been added to accompany their 16 Superstar demonstration videos for educators.

Each video provides step-by-step instructions on how you can run CREST projects with your primary students and you can find accompanying booklets here.

The CREST Awards scheme is the British Science Association’s flagship programme for young people, providing a flexible STEM project framework that inspires and engages 3 to 19 year olds.

During a CREST Award project, students take on the roles of scientists, researchers, engineers and designers to pursue their own ideas. No CREST project is identical. Even when set the same brief, students produce unique, creative solutions and ideas to tackle the problem – inspiration & innovation!

You can browse a fantastic selection of CREST Award resources here and filter them by award level or topic.

As North West Regional CREST Support OrganisationAll About STEM promote CREST Awards across the region and point schools & clubs to the support they need to run this amazing scheme. CREST Awards encourage students to work like scientists, researchers, engineers and designers to investigate and explore their own project ideas.
