Springtime: Make Your Own Fizzy Drinks!
Spring is just around the corner – lighter evenings, warmer temperatures and hopefully, some sun!
With that in mind, there’s no better time to give your learners the chance to make their own delicious fizzy drinks.
Students can investigate different soft drink recipes and design an experiment to make their beverage. Is it possible to create a healthier drink than shop-bought that tastes just as good or maybe they’d like to try out new flavours?
You can find this Bronze Award resource and many more on the CREST website. During a CREST Award project, learners take on the roles of scientists, researchers, engineers and designers.
Projects are flexible and available for ages 3-19.
As North West Regional CREST Support Organisation, All About STEM promote CREST Awards across the region and point schools & clubs to the support they need to run this amazing scheme. CREST Awards encourage students to work like scientists, researchers, engineers and designers to investigate and explore their own project ideas.
