The Inside Scoop on Unilever (Y10-13 Offering)
Book onto EventAll About STEM works with Unilever to deliver a range of school engagement programmes to inspire young people to explore the world of STEM careers. Join us for this Zoom session to find out more about the Unilever Bright Future Aspire Programme for Y10-13. There will also be an update on the company’s Y12 Work Experience Programme and a chance to hear about their Apprenticeship offerings.
The online, digital Bright Future Aspire Programme is perfect for the peculiar times in which schools are working and supports achievement of Gatsby Benchmarks.
It consists of 4 modules, during which, students are introduced to staff working in 5 departments across the Unilever Research and Development site at Port Sunlight, gaining an insight into the work of the company, the different job roles available and the entry requirements and routes.
After viewing the videos and presentations, there are tasks for students to complete. Students are set the challenge of developing a product idea which they submit online to Unilever for judging, with prizes available for the most successful submissions.
