Enter the Business on the Move Board Game Competition – Every entrant WINS!
The Business on the Move team are offering schools the chance to WIN their brand new board game and not only that, every entrant receives a real-world activity – you can’t lose! Get involved!
Business on the Move is a fun board game that excites and inspires young people from 9-19 by connecting their classroom learning across many different subjects to real businesses they know and recognize.
Teachers are invited in 100-150 words (max) to describe how they would use Business on the Move in the classroom. Visiting the game’s website at www.businessonthemove.org will give you lots of ideas!
The 5 teachers submitting the most innovative and inspiring words will receive a complimentary class set of 5 games for their school or college.
The game developers will also visit these 5 schools to play Business on the Move, absolutely free with nothing to pay! (Normally 5 games + a half-day workshop would cost over £500).
EVERY ENTRANT WINS: Every teacher sending in an entry will receive a complimentary ‘real world’ classroom activity selected from the ‘Activities’ section of their Learning Zone – many are STEM-related!
Just choose the resource that you like best from some 50 exercises spread across Key Stages 2-5. You can search by Key Stage, subject and/or key words.
ENTRY:
In addition to your 100-150 words, provide the age group of the learners you would like to play the game with, the name of the learning activity you wish to receive with compliments, your position and your contact details.
The deadline for the receipt of entries is Friday, April 29, and results will be announced on the Business on the Move website during the Multimodal Show, May 10-12, at the NEC near Birmingham.
