STEM Learning: Virtual Careers Fair ‘Life After School – Get ready!’

Virtual Careers Fair with AECOM: ‘Life After School: Get ready!’
STEM Learning’s interactive virtual careers fair allows young people from across the UK to find out more about preparing for life after school.
Aimed at 14–19-year-olds, this large, interactive, virtual reality careers fair will include content that answers the following questions:
• What opportunities are open to young people after they leave school or college – could it be university? An apprenticeship? Employment? Graduate training?
• What skills, such as employability skills, will young people need to develop and how can they demonstrate these within applications, CVs, interviews, professional environments etc?
• What support can young people draw on to ensure they are making an informed decision about their future?
25-30 online exhibitors from across the UK will showcase how they can support young people and highlight their available opportunities.
Visitors will also have the chance to interact directly with exhibitors through a safeguarded, text-based live chat function active between 10-11 am and 2-3 pm each day.
