The Primary, Secondary and Advanced Leaders Award for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
The Leaders Award for STEM is a Primary Engineer programme open to students from 5 to 19 years old. It is a fantastic way to increase their awareness of the breadth of opportunities open to them within STEM subjects. They help students to develop vital literacy and communication skills, and give them the chance to speak directly to professionals from different fields in STEM.
The Leaders Award for STEM is designed to work on two levels: firstly, to encourage children to discover the motivation, inspiration and career paths of engineers and scientists, and secondly, to actively support others with STEM activities. The award is annual and presents itself as a perfect opportunity to study the influences on students and their career options.
As well as the Leaders Award, we are also currently running Special Awards, each of which are supported by different organisations and have their own focus.
