Project based learning method.

STEM Hub @ Getrag-Ford
Suitable For: All secondary schools & All teachers
Hear from representatives from within the Advanced Manufacturing sector in our region all about careers & how business is looking to engage with schools.
– Take a short tour of Getrag’s facility & learn about careers there
– Hear from the Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership about careers in the sector & their school engagement
– 6 week STEM club resource around manufacturing & future robotic challenge days.

STEM Hub @ Liverpool Guild of Students
Suitable For: All secondary schools & All teachers
This STEM Hub Teacher event will explore how schools can engage with initiatives around eco projects, urban farming and find out about to get their own ‘green’ projects going at school.

– Hear from the ‘Green Guild Initiative’ about their school engagement programme
– Hear from Farm Urban about their school enrichment projects
