Champions of Change Learning Initiative: BBC Children in Need and Lloyds Bank
Introducing a brand new learning initiative between BBC Children in Need and Lloyds Bank called Champions of Change.
Champions of Change places learning at the heart of fundraising and gives children and young people the power to change lives! It is a unique education initiative tailored for early years, primary and secondary schools.
The initiative allows young people to plan and run their own fundraising activities, whilst simultaneously developing their own learning and skills such as literacy, numeracy, communication and teamwork skills, in a motivating, real-life context.
This is a great opportunity to engage and empower young people at the same time as making a real difference to the lives of other children.
There’s a really strong numeracy component to the programme which is fantastic for STEM clubs and schools.
