MerseySTEM Teacher/STEM Ambassador Networking Event: Cheshire
This event, kindly hosted by the Fab Lab Ellesmere Port, aims to provide a networking opportunity for teachers & for STEM Ambassadors from industry & academia. It will provide the chance for STEM Ambassadors to find out what support teachers would value, & for teachers to discover what STEM Ambassadors might be able to offer, in terms of curriculum, extra-curricular and careers support.
4th February, 4 – 6 pm
Fab Lab, Ellesmere Port. Refreshments Provided!
The event will also showcase the role of the Fab Lab and provide information about how you might develop partnerships with them to support your school’s STEM curriculum, enrichment & enhancement engagement.
Timings:
- 4.00 – 4.30pm refreshments & networking
- 4.30 – 5.00pm input from Fab Lab
- 5.00 – 5.30pm input about the STEM Ambassador Programme
- 5.30 – 6.00pm opportunity for teachers & ambassadors to network & create links
