FACT Prototype Summer Schools: Minecraft & FACTLab Digital Skills!

Prototype: Minecraft Edition
27 – 29 July (Ages 8-11) / 10.30am – 4pm / £60 per Participant
10 – 12 August (Ages 12-14) / 10.30am – 4pm / £60 per Participant
FACT brings you a summer school packed with hands-on Minecraft experiments! Working with FACTLab’s Director and FACT’s Learning Technologist, you’ll investigate The Internet of Things, Minecraft, and the culture of co-designing projects together.
Participants with all levels of experience are welcome, just bring creativity, curiosity, and a packed lunch!
Limited spaces are available free of charge for families of children eligible for free school meals.

Prototype: FACTLab Edition
3 – 5 August (Aged 8-11) / 10.30am – 4pm / £60 per person
17 – 19 August (Aged 12-14) / 10.30am – 4pm / £60 per person
Designed to inspire confidence and innovation, this is a summer camp where tinkering with tech allows young people to build their own knowledge. Celebrating art and science, this three-day course will teach children a range of digital skills from coding to circuitry. They will work with a digital artists to develop and share their own creative technology project.
Participants with all levels of experience are welcome, just bring creativity, curiosity, and a packed lunch!
