CREST Awards: Celebrate National Numeracy Day!
This year, National Numeracy Day takes place on the 18th of May and you can celebrate with CREST!
National Numeracy has so many exciting opportunities and official activities for the big day and there are numerous CREST projects that can complement these sessions to enthuse all ages.
Excite your learners about maths and don’t forget, CREST can be completed at school, in clubs, in youth groups or at home!

View maths in a different way with CREST Partner Resources
These fantastic CREST resources are developed by partner organisations, CREST accredited schemes and education providers.
Maths In Motion: This CREST Bronze Award challenge involves students working together in small teams. These teams set up virtual racing cars and then compete against each other in a series of Grands Prix type races throughout the year in the hope of becoming World Champions. (CREST Bronze – Ages 10-14)

IET: IET Faraday Challenge Resources
The IET Faraday Challenge Days are cross-curricular STEM activity days designed for Year 8 students in England and Wales, S1/S2 students in Scotland and Year 9 students in Northern Ireland. (CREST Discovery)
Astro Pi: Mission Space Lab
Teams of young people design and program a scientific experiment to run onboard the International Space Station. (Ages 19 & under)
