The All About STEM Competition: CREST Resources
We recommend CREST on our All About STEM Competition Resources page alongside a host of partner activities as there are so many inspirational projects for all ages.
Our competition is all about designing a new product, idea, item, or approach that solves a problem and this year the theme is food. If you’re looking for a starting point, there are lots of CREST resources on that theme. The best news is, you can submit your project to CREST towards an award after entering!
CREST has activities ranging from What’s in Food to a Waste Free Lunch or how about machines or rooms of the future? You could come up with a new food delivery concept or a way to fight food waste, design a new way to eat or a device to support eating, or how about a futuristic school canteen? The choice is yours.
We can’t wait to see your posters!

As North West Regional CREST Support Organisation, All About STEM promote CREST Awards across the region and point schools & clubs to the support they need to run this amazing scheme. CREST Awards encourage students to work like scientists, researchers, engineers and designers to investigate and explore their own project ideas.
