Meet Jessica Jones – I Look Like An Engineer: A Local STEM-sation!
Meet Jessica Jones, she’s MerseySTEM’s star student when it comes to STEM inspiration! So much so we’re highlighting her on the #ILookLikeAnEngineer campaign on Twitter!
Jessica is a local girl who studied at Archbishop Blanch. She has just secured a place to do an MEng in Automotive Engineering at Warwick University starting in October and has been invited for a scholarship interview at The Institution of Mechanical Engineers. She is currently developing a virtual engineering club with her school and is looking forward to signing up as a STEM Ambassador and volunteering for MerseySTEM events!

Without innovative engineers, our ever developing world would be stuck, unable to move onto new technologies and inventions.”

I am an 18 year-old girl who is about to start a degree in Automotive Engineering at Warwick University and I hope I can share my passion for my subject with other girls.”
