The engineering industry is faced with a problem. How to attract the best and brightest talent to the 1.82 million engineering roles needed before 2022.
Tomorrow’s Engineers Week shines a spotlight on engineering careers in a way that young people, and particularly girls, may have never considered before.
They are calling for employers, organisations and educators across the country to join forces to host engaging activities that showcase real engineers and real engineering – to bring the industry alive for young people!
This could be an interactive activity, a live online Q&A, a discussion or an event or visit. It can be anything as long as it inspires and puts the spotlight on engineering.
