The British Science Association: Future Debates – Robotics

The British Science Association wants to empower many more people – not just scientists – to constructively engage in debates over science’s role in their lives, their local economy, and the UK’s future.

To make sure these conversations are happening at a local level, they plan to work with organisations on a Future Debates series, running debates across the country. The BSA want to find out what people think of a big issue in science and technology that could potentially have a significant impact on our society. Each year, Future Debates will focus on a particular issue. The topic for this year is Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS).

More information about the project can be found on their website. The British Science Association is also able to provide support with finding speakers for your event.
