The Smallpiece Trust: FREE HS2 STEM Inspiration Day

Schools in Wigan, Leigh, Northwich, Winsford, Warrington, Partington, Wythenshawe and East Manchester: Your school has the opportunity to benefit from a FREE HS2 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) Inspiration Day for 60 Year 8/9 students.

Supported by HS2 and delivered by educational charity, The Smallpeice Trust, STEM Days take place at your school and are designed for pupils to develop their problem solving, creativity, design, and engineering skills. Working in small teams, students will design and construct a new railway challenge. Students have access to a variety of materials and “buy” these out of their assigned budget.
