CEC Ahead of the Game – Youth Employment UK
Ahead of the Game equips students with everything they need to take their best next step with confidence. There are two programmes with accompanying lesson plans to support students leaving Year 11 and Year 13. No planning or preparation is needed.
The Pay Index
The Pay Index is an online platform designed to help students make informed decisions about their future, and act as an information source for teachers looking to embed careers/LMI information into their lessons (Gatsby Benchmark 4).
As this is fully funded by the LCR Careers Hub and Shaping Futures, all students in years 9-13 within the Liverpool City Region can create their own accounts, while school staff can access a central login. Parents and carers are also welcome to create an account.

Shaping Futures resources can give students and parents a better understanding of the pathways to Higher Education available for young people and support with any decisions throughout their educational journey.
