BSA Science Communication Conference 2015
The Science Communication Conference is the only place everyone from a range of science communication disciplines and backgrounds can come together to discuss the issues that face all of them. This year, the emphasis will be on moving the sector forward and improving practice.
The two day conference will be held at Manchester Metropolitan University on the 18th and 19th June 2015.
Speakers will be the cream of science communication, with inspiring ideas to share. Academics and speakers from outside the sector will talk alongside practitioners in as many sessions as possible, bringing ideas and inspiration, but also critical thinking about existing practices.
The first day of the conference will cover a range of skills and issues, catering to interested, experienced and expert levels.
The second day of the conference will focus on science communication challenges that can only be solved by action from across the sector. Delegates will have the opportunity to collaborate and come up with solutions and actions to address these challenges, and move the sector as a whole forward.
