Water Aid Poetry Competition: Toilets!
For the second year running, Water Aid have teamed up with Martin Kiszko, the UK’s green poet, to launch a poetry competition for schools. This year, the theme is… TOILETS!
We’re too old to enter but we’re desperate to have a go (he he!).
Poems can be based on real or imagined experiences, and can be challenging or fun. Creativity is the key!
To enter, just download the Water Aid themed lesson plan, Martin’s top tips for writing poetry, the competition rules and entry forms.
The closing date for entries is Friday 12 June 2015 and you could win a performance or poetry workshop from Martin for your class.
