Give us your feedback: New digital platform to request a STEM Ambassador

Here’s your chance to help develop a new digital platform for requesting a STEM Ambassador!

The STEM Ambassador Programme is a volunteer, role-model scheme that enables people with STEM skills, from business, industry & academia, to support the brilliant work done by teachers in schools, and by others in more informal education settings, to excite young people about STEM.

Schools, and other organisations, can request the help of STEM Ambassadors (completely FREE of charge) to support their activities; specific lesson content, careers events, club projects, or anything else you can think of. Previously, this was done via the STEMNetworking website.

However, at the start of the new academic year, a new digital platform will be launched to enable schools to request STEM Ambassador support.

All About STEM manages the regional STEM Ambassador Hub in Merseyside and Cheshire and we are currently supporting a pilot to trial the sorts of questions that may be included.

If you’re a school or other organisation that wishes to request Ambassador support, in the short-term, please can you complete the pilot Ambassador Request Form by clicking the link below:

Click to access the STEM Ambassador Request Form (Pilot version)

We need to get your feedback about the pilot process to inform the development of the new digital platform. Please make sure you tell us about your experience of using the pilot form so we can feedback comments to STEM Learning.

For any support with completing the form, or to provide feedback about it, please contact [email protected].
