LCR 4.0 Event – Women and the 4th Industrial Revolution
LCR 4.0 have arranged an event on the 18th of May entitled “Women and the 4th Industrial Revolution”.
Engineering and technology have not always been seen as an attractive career opportunity for women, however manufacturing is undergoing a transformation to the fourth industrial revolution.
This transformation will see greater integration of physical production with digital technologies to boost levels of productivity and is already presenting greater opportunities for women within this field. In reality, women maybe the ones who are presenting the opportunities for the 4th Industrial Revolution!
