Why attend?
In an ever-changing landscape of secondary science assessment, how can we ensure that we are getting the most out of assessment to support the progress of students while also considering the well being of teachers?

• consider how assessment of mindset can be used to inform planning while reducing teacher workload
• describe an assessment, feedback and marking evidence-based approach that could reduce teacher workload
• explore how diagnostic information can be collected and used to assess understanding
• plan to improve the effectiveness of assessment in your own setting
