Apprenticeships & Traineeships: Take the Quiz!
A traineeship is an education and training programme that supports individuals to learn new skills and gain work experience that will help them to become ‘work ready’.
The aim of the traineeship is to assist the individual in progressing onto either further learning, an apprenticeship or employment.
An apprenticeship means an individual is employed and paid to do a real job while studying for a formal qualification. By the end of an apprenticeship, the apprentice will have gained the skills and knowledge needed to either succeed in their chosen career or progress onto the next apprenticeship level.
