We believe that inspirational teaching and leadership are vital to helping every child succeed, regardless of their background. We train and support people to become influential leaders in schools across England and Wales through our salaried two-year programme.
Our LDP will give you the chance to build the key skills and the personal qualities needed to develop you into an effective leader – someone who can make a real impact. If you can inspire in the classroom, you can bring resilience, efficiency and imagination to any environment.
This informal event is your chance to meet members of our team and people who have already completed our programme, and find out how the LDP could be the career-defining move for you.”
