Celebrating International Women’s Day!

It’s International Women’s Day and we’re celebrating with some fabulous photos and fascinating facts of our own!

This year the theme of International Women’s Day is ‘celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women’. 87.5% of Team MerseySTEM are women and when it comes to our events, we’re super-successful at encouraging women in STEM!

Take Millom School for example. Their team is heading for the National Big Bang Fair next week to compete in the National Science & Engineering Competition finals after qualifying with many others at The Big Bang North West! This could be you next year, you can enter now!
